Small Charities Coalition’s Trustee Finder is the only free trustee searching and posting service that syndicates with the Do-it volunteering service, run by ivo, giving your vacancy the best exposure on the web.

Bar In The Community circulates a regular email bulletin to barristers letting them know about vacancies within management committees of not-for-profits. It is free for charities and available throughout England and Wales.

Do-it is a national volunteer database where you can post all types of volunteer positions including trusteeships. Free to post at your local volunteer centre but charges apply for posting online.

The Institute of Chartered Accountants for England and Wales (ICAEW) hosts a jobs board where charities can advertise all types of volunteer positions for free: accountancy volunteer, trustee, treasurer, and other general volunteer positions.

Recruit3 is dedicated to finding the best to work in the voluntary sector in Wales, offering the opportunity to advertise trustee vacancies for free (subject to availability of space). Find out more by downloading this media pack.

Frazer Jones has created Team Up, a free initiative to bring together charities and HR professionals in their network. Team Up aims to support small charities who need HR advice, support or who wish to add a HR professional to their Trustee Board.

The Big Give Trustee Finder is an online portal where charities can post trustee vacancies for free.

The Honorary Treasurers Forum features a jobs board where charities can advertise their trustee and treasurer vacancies for free to financially qualified candidates. Contact them directly to place an advert.

Trustee Bank is run by NCVO the National Council for Voluntary Organisations. Only NCVO members are able to post trustee vacancies on the site.

Trustees Unlimited is a resource of trustees and board roles for not-for-profit organisations, a joint venture between NCVO, Russam GMS and BWB. Basic service is �750 for charities with incomes under �1m, right up to full search-and-selection services.

TrusteeWorks is a recruitment placement service run by REACH and Prospectus. The basic service is free for charities with an annual income below �1m and then charges apply depending on the service you’re after.
